Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications operated by Weike Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our") on the Apple App Store (the "Licensed Games") and our website at https://www.weikemediallc.com (the "Site"). By downloading, installing, playing, or using any Licensed Game, or by accessing our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Operator and Licensor Relationship

The Licensed Games are developed by Micro Guest Network LLC ("Licensor"), who holds all intellectual property rights in them. Weike Media LLC is the "Licensee" and the exclusive operator and payment processing entity for the Licensed Games. Weike Media LLC is a separate legal entity from Micro Guest Network LLC.

2. Authorized Operator Disclosures

The following disclosures apply to the Licensed Games operated by Weike Media LLC:

This authorization shall remain valid until it is formally revoked in writing by Micro Guest Network LLC. The same disclosures are set out in full on our Operator Disclosure page and in our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older, if your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age to enter into a binding contract) to use the Licensed Games and the Site. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use one copy of each Licensed Game on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. In-App Purchases, Top-Ups, and Refunds

Weike Media LLC assumes full responsibility for all payment-related activities within the Licensed Games, including top-ups and refunds. All transactions and user interactions relating to the Licensed Games are governed by the terms, conditions, and policies of Weike Media LLC (this document).

• Payment processing — Apple processes the actual payment as the platform of record. We operate the payment-side activities, including order fulfillment of purchased items, revenue collection, management, and settlement.
• Refunds — refund requests for in-app purchases should be directed to Weike Media LLC first at . We will review and respond to refund requests in accordance with applicable law and the applicable App Store refund terms.
• Chargebacks and disputes — we will cooperate in good faith with Apple and with you to resolve any chargeback or payment dispute.
• Taxes — any taxes applicable to your purchase are handled by Apple at checkout, subject to your jurisdiction.

Where required by law or by App Store rules, a refund may be processed by Apple directly. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Licensed Game, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Use any Licensed Game to harass, abuse, harm, or defame any person.
• Use any Licensed Game in connection with any unlawful activity or to violate any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the game's systems, payment systems, or related networks.
• Attempt to manipulate, resell, or exploit payment mechanics other than as permitted by the game.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Licensed Games, including graphics, game art, music, characters, storylines, code, trademarks, and logos, is owned by Micro Guest Network LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Weike Media LLC holds only the license rights granted to it as operator. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

8. Third-Party Services & Acknowledgements

• Apple frameworks such as the App Store, StoreKit, Game Center, iCloud, and UserNotifications.
• Apple's payment and in-app purchase infrastructure.
• Any open-source libraries incorporated into the Licensed Games.

9. Disclaimers

THE LICENSED GAMES AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE LICENSED GAMES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WEIKE MEDIA LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE LICENSED GAMES OR SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE RELEVANT PURCHASE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Weike Media LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Licensed Games or the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license to use any Licensed Game at any time, with or without cause, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the game and delete all copies in your possession.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

14. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of submission, you agree that any claim shall be resolved through individual (non-class) binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to prevent or stop infringement of intellectual property.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Weike Media LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Licensed Games or their content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the Licensed Games. If a Licensed Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Licensed Games or your possession or use of them, including product liability claims, claims that the game fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection or similar legislation.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective date." Your continued use of any Licensed Game or the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and Operator Disclosure) constitute the entire agreement between you and Weike Media LLC regarding your use of the Licensed Games and the Site.
