Weike Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates and processes payments for a group of mobile applications licensed from Micro Guest Network LLC (the "Licensed Games"), and publishes this website at https://www.weikemediallc.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect in connection with our role as operator and payment processing entity, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We are separate and distinct from Micro Guest Network LLC. Micro Guest Network LLC is the developer and licensor of the Licensed Games. Where a data responsibility belongs to the developer of a given title, that responsibility remains with Micro Guest Network LLC. This policy covers our activities as operator and payment processor.

1. Operator and Licensor Relationship

The Licensed Games are developed by Micro Guest Network LLC (Licensor) and are officially authorized for operation by Weike Media LLC (Licensee). Weike Media LLC is the exclusive operator and payment processing entity for these titles. All revenues generated from these games are collected, managed, and settled through Weike Media LLC. A detailed statement of this authorization for each Licensed Game appears in Section 2 below and on our Operator Disclosure page.

2. Authorized Operator Disclosures

The following disclosures apply to the Licensed Games operated by Weike Media LLC:

All transactions and user interactions relating to these titles are governed by the terms, conditions, and policies of Weike Media LLC. This authorization shall remain valid until it is formally revoked in writing by Micro Guest Network LLC.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Payment and transaction information

As the payment processing entity, we may process the following information in connection with in-game purchases, top-ups, and refunds:

• Transaction records — the Apple ID (or an anonymized identifier) associated with a purchase, the product or item purchased, the amount, the currency, the transaction date, and the transaction status.
• Refund and dispute records — the reason for a refund request, the resolution, and any related correspondence.
• Player identifiers — where required by Apple or by the Licensed Games to reconcile a transaction with a game account.

We do not receive or store your full payment card number, CVV, or bank account details. Those are handled entirely by Apple and its payment processors on our behalf. We receive only the transaction metadata described above.

3.2 Information you provide directly

If you contact us by email, phone, or otherwise, we receive the contents of your message, your contact details, and any information you choose to include. We use this only to respond to you and to fulfill your request.

3.3 Information we do not collect

We do not collect:

• Your full payment card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials.
• Your precise or coarse location.
• Your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
• Your game progress or gameplay data, which is stored locally on your device by the developer.
• Any data sold to data brokers or advertising networks.

4. How We Use Information

• To process and reconcile payments — we use transaction records to confirm purchases, deliver purchased in-game items, and maintain accurate financial records.
• To handle refunds and disputes — we use transaction and correspondence records to investigate, approve, or deny refund requests and to resolve payment disputes.
• To collect, manage, and settle revenue — we use transaction records to manage and settle revenue generated by the Licensed Games.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations — we retain transaction records as required by applicable law, including tax and accounting rules.
• To respond to you — we use your contact details and message contents to answer your inquiries.

5. Third-Party Services

• Apple App Store, StoreKit, and Apple's payment infrastructure — Apple processes the actual payment. Apple acts as the platform of record for App Store transactions. Its handling of your data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Micro Guest Network LLC — as the developer and licensor of the Licensed Games, Micro Guest Network LLC handles data collected by the apps themselves. See the developer's site at https://microguestllc.com.

We do not operate our own advertising or third-party analytics systems, and we do not sell personal information.

6. Children's Privacy

The Licensed Games and this Site are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (including transaction records associated with your Apple ID).
• Deletion — ask us to delete personal data we hold, subject to legal retention requirements.

• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent.

8. Data Retention

Transaction and financial records are retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations, typically seven years. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate business purposes, after which it is deleted.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, whether it is sold or shared, and the right to delete it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The categories of personal information we have collected in the past 12 months are identifiers (transaction identifiers, contact details you provide) and commercial information (transaction records). We have disclosed these categories to the service providers necessary to process payments as permitted by law.

10. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, our legal basis for processing personal data is either the performance of a contract (to process payments and deliver purchased items), compliance with a legal obligation (tax and accounting), or your consent where applicable. We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. International Data Transfers

We are headquartered in the United States. Information you provide, and transaction records relating to your purchases, may be processed in the United States and other countries as necessary to fulfill your request and meet our legal obligations.

12. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the limited information we hold. Because we never handle full payment card details, our exposure is limited. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Effective date" above. Material changes will be communicated through the Licensed Games or the App Store listing where required by law.
